The Senior Brand Manager will have strong analytical acumen and in-depth knowledge of P&L interdependencies to identify and evaluate key business issues and drivers. You quickly identify risks, opportunities and identify actionable gap solves. You'll set vision and clear goals for the cross functional project teams related to consumer insights, pricing, forecasting, promotion, finance, operations and sales to drive growth for the business. You define strategies and translate those strategies into initiatives that will result in accelerated share and sustainable profit growth. What You'll Do:
You will coordinate and lead a variety of cross-functional teams for the business in order to deliver strategies and short- and long-term goals. Will lead assigned Associate Brand Managers and balance business priorities Effectively connects larger strategic and financial organizational priorities with portfolio initiatives that positively impact total company results. Collaborates to understand, align and activate against target consumer behavior and insights Owns the AOP plan & process, taking data & cross-functional input to build plans that achieve following year financial goals. Evaluates progress against plan and recommends corrective action as needed Owns the Fully Competitive landscape assessment Leads the monthly consensus process Frequently communicates opportunities and risks Assists in the development and communication of effective trade customer strategies Identifies opportunities and implements plans for line extensions and new product introductions Contributes to the development of the brand organization and coaching of ABMs and interns What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of progressive work experience in brand marketing or related field Background in Consumer Goods (CPG) strongly preferred MBA Degree preferred Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast paced, matrix management environment Experience identifying, building and delivering growth initiatives in the fast-moving consumer packaged goods industry Proven ability to deliver initiatives that have been realized and contributed significant gains in the capture of market share, revenue and volume growth, and operational efficiencies Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities or problems and developing strategies that address them proactively
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
