Responsibilities:
Partner with Executive Leadership and the Compensation COE to, assess, design, and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards offering that attracts and retains top talent. Ensure market competitiveness and recommend methods to enhance Dover's employee value proposition throughout the globe. Lead and develop a team of subject matter experts within the Benefits COE and facilitate Country HR Councils for all non US employees to integrate to a common rewards platform. Act as a strategic partner for business leaders to develop and implement cost-effective global mobility solutions for the relocation of top talent in alignment with business strategies, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. Act as a subject matter expert in due diligence of acquisitions, and manages post-acquisition integration in alignment with Dover's benefits strategy. Actively participate as a member of the HR Council to guide Dover's people strategy on a broad range of HR issues. Provides broad governance and leadership of retirement programs, and interfaces with providers, brokers and auditors. Ensures that service levels and costs from key benefits vendors are providing maximum value for Dover and its employees. Oversee and directs the annual benefits budgeting process. Key Relationships:
Operating Company Presidents and HR Leaders Global Human Resources Council. Segment HR Vice Presidents. Segment CFO's. Background Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of corporate Human Resources experience, including demonstrated success in Total Rewards roles in a large global business. Additional requirements:
Experience in managing global benefits and/or total rewards programs in a diversified multi-national business. Prior compensation experience preferred, including experience in design, managing, and administering ST and LT incentive and programs. Experience and exposure to industrial/manufacturing environment, with large hourly, production workforce, and working across a variety of different cultures and geographies. This person will spend time working across the Dover enterprise so having a global track record of success is essential. Knowledge and experience with change management methodologies and leading and facilitating large-scale organization/transformational change initiatives. Currently one-half of Dover's population is U.S. based; the remainder of the population will need to move toward common programs. Experience building relationships within in a complex matrix culture and in designing and managing an overall benefits/rewards framework. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner. Collaborative approach to effectively manage a team and work in a matrix and cross-functional organizational structure. Capable of driving results through influence and persuasion vs. mandates and control. Unquestioned integrity and ethics with an unflappable but well-grounded commonsense approach to doing work. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
