The Senior Manager, Operations (SMO), will be a leader within the operations Center of Excellence and is the Product Owner of process and structure for a specified domain within the Technology Division at FTD. The SMO is tasked with building processes and systems that will enable the Domain to run as efficiently as possible alongside our five other domain aligned departments. They are a close partner to the Domain Leader, Tech Chief of Staff and CTO and play a critical role in driving process compliance for the Technology Team and helping to build the operational foundation to support FTD's expanding Tech ecosystem. The SMO must be a thoughtful and proactive collaborator to internal and external teams, fiercely focused on building and iterating on process, structure, controls, operations and documentation to drive team velocity and executional quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROCESS ARCHITECTURE -- Architect. Share findings of existing processes and tools and lead strategic plan to evolve process and ensure effective adoption. Partner with Operations partners to establish one cohesive method for change management across domains. Oversee the management of release logs and communication of those releases to appropriate parties. Design project plan templates that protect the workflow while adding diligence to the process. Coach teams on Agile Framework. Partner with Tech Chief of Staff to provide ongoing organizational design recommendations to Tech Leadership, with a primary focus around team velocity. Obsessed with systems and the way systems define output. Create systems that operate consistently from a technology governance, compliance, and change management perspective. COMMUNICATION -- Program manager. Own the driving of project process across assigned domain. Manage project linkage between teams and projects, both internally and externally. Create a process for domains to consistently communicate project workflow updates. Own the process of communicating commitments to broader team. Establish a risk analysis system across domains and ensure proper adoption. Inspire and build trust with cross-functional teams and senior management. DOCUMENTATION -- Curator. Audit all current state documentation and provide a framework for all documentation going forward. Define requirements and process for how all documentation will be executed and maintained over time. Ensure proper adoption of new documentation process across domains. Establish controls to ensure all documentation created by Tech is compliant with all technology governance policies. REPORTING & COMPLIANCE -- Risk Mitigator. Identify and create a system for managing and reporting out on team velocity. Work with Ops team and Scrum Masters to ensure all scrum commitments are tracking. Owns the allocation of resources against strategic priorities. Consistently and routinely tuning team structure to maximize outputs from all resources. Ensure team compliance across all systems and controls established by Ops team. LEADERSHIP -- Mentor. Ensure all teams, workstreams and projects remain in line with allocated budgets and timelines. Collaborate with the Tech Chief of Staff to track puts/takes and maintain over/under budget reconciliation. Mentor next generation of Operations leaders on your team. Support Tech Chief of Staff through all operational projects. REQUIREMENTS Experience managing a team of project managers/tech producers/scrum masters/program managers (7
years). Extensive direct Project Management, Tech Production and/or Program Management experience (10
years). Deep background in systems-level problem solving using frameworks such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban software development models. Experience overseeing and mentoring scrum teams. Knowledge with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Deep software development operations experience. A strong, concise communicator with excellent presentation skills. Experience managing controls in public and private companies is a plus. Experience in a compliance environment is a plus.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
