The Manager, Financial Services (Trade Programs) manages Elkay's domestic trade management and accounts receivable teams and programs to ensure optimal processing, accounting and budgeting of trade management programs, commission, cash application and deductions.
Responsibilities:
Manage Elkay Domestic Trade Management and accounts receivable teams to maximize synergies. Oversee deduction management from order to cash. Identify root causes and drive resolution back into the business to facilitate profitability enhancement. Assure timely and accurate invoicing and cash application, including managing third party relationships and processing for both functions. Validate and approve trade management budgets, offers, claims, rebate contracts, and settlements. Identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through trade management programs. Assist in planning and forecasting of trade management financials within Gross to Net. Oversee month end close responsibilities for both channels sales and marketing expenses including journal entries and AR month end close procedures. Manage commission structure through the approval, planning and forecasting of the programs. This includes full management responsibility for the Oracle Trade management module.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar discipline is required. 5
years' experience within Accounting/Finance supporting Channel Marketing or Sales is required. Strong accounting background is required. 2
years' supervisory experience preferred. Oracle SAP experience required - trade management module experience a plus. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong process and system focus Ability to work with a large volume of data, summarize the data and draw conclusions Ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines Strong leader, self-starter and proven team player Strong understanding of Elkay's products, customers, and channels Total Rewards and Benefits Competitive Salary Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, AD&D, and Life Insurance Matching 401(k) Contribution Health Savings Account Educational Reimbursement Matching Gift Program.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
