Responsibilities:
Performs the warewashing for the department meal service program in accordance with department policy and in compliance with Board of Health Regulations.
Prepares patient meals and nourishments that meet the prescribed diet order and customer expectations.
Practices safety and sanitation guidelines according to Hospital and Health Department regulations.
Participates in the department's Performance Improvement Plan to improve key processes and result areas.
Participates in area inservices, training, orientation sessions and meetings Demonstrates customer focused behaviors in day to day interactions with all customer groups.
Education/Experience Required:
16 yrs.
of age Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Good level communication skills oSpeaks & writes English oGood math skills None required.
Physicial Requirements and Working Conditions:
This position spends 100 of the time on their feet oAbility to rotate positions throughout the area oAbility to rotate shifts between the hours of 6:
30 AM - 8:
30 PM oAbility to lift and push 25 pounds If position has direct patient care or direct patient contact the following lifting requirement supersedes any previous lifting requirement effective 06/01/2015.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.
For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available.
Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
