The chosen candidate will be responsible for the processing of quotes, orders, and freight charges as well as all documentation necessary to ship the orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Education Requirements:
Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience.
Responsibilities:
Quote, enter, & invoice international orders accurately, using volume/tiered discounting where required.
Calculate and quote pricing for special products for BCP and Clipper items.
Research and supply freight costs and work with planning and purchasing to meet customer deadlines.
Coordinate shipment of multiple orders with forwarders and shipping department via ocean and air.
Ensure correct export documentation is supplied and that shipments are marked correctly.
Provide technical assistance to customers when necessary, determine best distributor source for end users.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, process returns, repairs, and replacements for customers and liaise with customers on product performance issues.
Enter issues into the ERP system.
Coordinate international returns with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
Customer credit and account management:
review and follow up on accounts with overdue invoices, process credits and debits on account, apply incoming wire transfers, review credit history and complete credit checks.
Maintain customer account information in Baan.
Calculate transfer pricing for non US Dollar SUBS.
Enter pricing and maintain ERP price books.
Set up new customer accounts, maintain clear filing system, pull documentation and customer files for audits, and archive files at the end of each calendar year.
Act as account managers for subsidiaries that are currently maintaining distributor accounts via remote Baan access.
Guide and assist them with questions, problems, and offer advice on how they are entering information in our system.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
