Perform routine tasks to fulfill customer service requests, following established processes and templates provided.
Handle tier 1 customer service helpdesk tickets through communication with internal teams and responding to customers.
Support the Manager and Sr.
Director of Customer Service for the specific duties below, and other duties as needed.
Specific Duties:
Responding to tier 1 helpdesk tickets utilizing templates provided Document and submit refund requests.
Fulfill manual receipt requests.
Fulfill webinar certificates of completion requests.
Respond to written letters using templates provided.
Product access key activations, deactivations, and extensions Customer account look-up and updates Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Familiarity with customer/membership databases Excellent written communication skills Fine attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with Zendesk or another helpdesk platform (desired) Job Types:
