JOB DESCRIPTION The Filtration Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals who sell water filtration products to customers.
The main goal of the sales manager is to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
Lead a team of various sales channel leaders/managers to develop, implement and grow a filtration sales strategy and execution in each channel Work with Omnichannel team to develop an account strategy to drive overall filtration sales Provide direction to the National Account team who manage key national customers Work with Omnichannel team to develop growth strategy targeted at pure play ecCommerce Develop and implement an effective strategy to drive direct-to-consumer sales and subscription-based programs Oversee the planning and execution of retail line reviews for filtration Develop and implement a filtration B2B eCcommerce strategy Develop and implement an effective strategy to increase stocking and sales in traditional plumbing channels Create a comprehensive filtration strategy that drives overall breakthrough growth for the business Drive new channel implementation and sales based on the overall channel & sales growth strategy Ensure proper stocking of products in the channel and manage burn / build analytics Serve as the filtration sales thought leader for the business, driving influence across the organization Collaborate with the marketing team on a demand generation and performance marketing strategy to support all filtration sales Leverage innovation and automation to enable customer self service and on demand support Directly support the Drinking Water business to achieve strategic deployment objectives by conducting on-site workshops, kaizen events and providing guidance through the digital transformation process Collaborate with the sales team to establish SIOP and ensure proper execution across demand planning, purchasing, stocking and OTD Work with the engineering and new products teams on future filter technologies and capabilities based on engagement with our customer and feedback sought Understand and work with operations to optimize the delivery strategy Work with the digital team to integrate operational insights (order status, inventory, delivery, etc.
) into digital tools and platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in filtration or similar multi-channel sales.
Proven track record of driving growth, while minimizing disruption Travel up to 25% or as needed Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience working in a high growth and agile environment Prefer hands-on experience implementing customer experience transformation in large, complex manufacturing environments KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND BEHAVIORS Strategic Mindset - Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.
