Program Manager / Agile Coach

Responsibilities The Infrastructure Agile Coach role is an organizational servant-leader who works with Infrastructure and End User Agile delivery teams, the leadership team, and other stakeholders to improve our ability to deliver value and quality to internal customers.
This role will be critical in transitioning the team from a traditional waterfall & support methodology to Agile- and Product-centered methodology.
The Agile Coach develops and facilitates the agile processes and program execution, escalates impediments, manages risk, and help drive program-level continuous improvement.
The Agile Coach is responsible for developing and delivering agile ceremonies, program events, and planning workshops.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with other technology teams, stakeholders and business partners by communicating operating models, infrastructure architecture documentation, security standards and roadmap objectives.
Collaborate with the program leadership team to prioritize and manage program backlogs Communicate program plans and progress to broad stakeholder audiences Ensure value delivered by a program is tracked through metrics Assist with program execution and PI feature completion tracking Provide visibility into program health, progress, and impediments Drive program-level continuous improvement Coach and mentor others on team and program level regarding Agile program management Track and resolve escalated risks and dependencies, coordinates resolution with technology leadership The person in this role will be responsible for help setting strategy, process and managing our technology portfolio.
This should be an individual with a sense of both independence and urgency.
Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Scrum Master or (Strong experience in Agile methodologies) Microsoft DevOps (Preferred) 5
