This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and engagement of our physicians.
Primary responsibility will be to create an environment that supports and enhances the overall experience of our Physicians.
This position will work collaboratively with various teams to drive physician engagement, professional development, and effective communication within the organization.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Foster positive relationships with physicians, addressing their concerns, and actively seeking feedback to improve their experience within the organization by rounding in the clinics and meeting with physicians 50-75% of the time.
Develop and implement ongoing training programs and resources to support the professional growth and development of our physicians.
Establish effective channels of communication between physicians and the organization, ensuring that critical information is disseminated promptly.

Referrals) Track and evaluate physician performance metrics and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Administration to align physician needs with organizational goals.
Partner with Physician Wellness Coaches to promote physician well-being initiatives, recognizing and addressing burnout, and implementing strategies to improve work-life balance.
Analyze data related to physician experience, turnover and performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support physician engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Previous experience working with physicians and/or healthcare executives highly preferred.
DETAILS:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Monday- Friday - 8:
30am-5:
00pm, Hours will vary.
Please note, this position will require travel to multiple locations within the Chicagoland suburbs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
