Exempt Apollon Wealth Management is looking for a driven Administrative Associate to become a valuable member of our team.
Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage scheduling for financial advisors, ensuring smooth communication and appointment coordination Maintain and input tasks for multiple financial advisors and provide regular reports on task status Manage various office-related tasks Greet clients and prospects, ensuring a positive initial impression Plan and support client events and seminars Aid in handling LPL Financial and Schwab service requests and client service calls, delivering prompt and efficient assistance to clients Depositing securities and client checks that are received in office Running client review investment reports and financial planning summaries Handling of insurance application process and follow through Maintaining and updating information in Apollon CRM Identify efficiency opportunities Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred Skills and
Experience:
Previous experience in administrative support or related roles Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment oWsvR281na.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
