Collections Professional French Speaking
Position Title:
Collections Analyst Work Arrangement:
Remote (Downer's Grove, IL or Cherry Hill, NJ) Full-time or Part-time:
Full-time (contractor) Overview This individual will be responsible for coordinating and following through on collecting payments, collection plans, reducing past due, bad debt exposure, and other quantitative targets, by performing portfolio management activities for customer base of key accounts.
Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities are vital to being successful in this role.
Responsibilities Initiate collection calls to customers Identify issues contributing to account delinquency Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports Make recommendations to management regarding customers to be placed on hold or sent to collection Review credit limits for new and existing accounts Required 3-5 years of experience in a collection's role in a commercial environment Proficient with Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level or above (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
) Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service focused French - working proficiency required.
