Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Assist guests with requests and provide information about the spa's amenities - Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Help manage spa supplies inventory and place orders when needed - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Follow office protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information -Finding create ways ways to promote spa, online marketing, creating events, managing memberships, and advertising promotions -Experience with deescalating and problem solving
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively - Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction - Knowledge of retail math for processing transactions accurately - Experience in retail or technology sales is a plus - Ability to upsell products or services to enhance guest experience - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Basic math skills for calculating charges, discounts, and change accurately This position offers opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry.
