Main Duty:
Help support our innovative device in physical therapy clinics/customer sites.
Support device implementation and ongoing support.
Act as a liaison between the company and its customers.
Provide customer feedback to company and its development team.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate would be someone who has an interest in working for a startup.
Must have a passion for new physical rehab technologies.
Ability to travel between clinic sites.
General aptitude and ability to trouble shoot basic laptop, hardware, and software issues.
