The duties will include contacting prospects who have inquired to receive information on all our services. This contact is made by phone and that will include inbound and outbound calls as well as communication by email. There is no cold calling.
We provide a consultative approach which is used to engage the prospect and determine their needs.
Extensive training is provided on all areas or work to ensure your success.
No experience is required but sales, customer service, marketing/advertising and general office experience is helpful. We will fully train the right candidate. All we expect is a serious commitment, positive attitude and the ability to accept instructions.
