This is our direct client opening for a Kronos Analyst located in Downers Grove, IL. This is a Fulltime permanent position
and the salary offered is $60-75K.
Job Duties:
Analyze the configuration of the ADP eTime and Kronos system and provide feedback on best practice; document
and implement process improvements.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the Kronos application to all levels of the business.
Act as a liaison with IT, HR, Payroll, and Finance departments regarding the eTime and Kronos System.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and plant ECRs on labor scheduling processes.
Stay up to date on compensation laws and ensure system compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Required:
Kronos Workforce Central V 6.1
ADP eTime
Labor Scheduling practices
Temporary labor practices
Microsoft Office Suite
ADP Payroll experience a plus
Minimum
Qualifications:
5
years of Kronos V6.1 or ADP eTime
Bachelors Degree or combination of education and experience
Solid technical background
