The Treasury Analyst role will be responsible for managing the daily cash positions, investments, debt and foreign exchange back office for three divisions in the North American treasury center.
Additional responsibilities include:
Timely and accurate calculation of the daily cash position for North American cash positions of three divisions, to include management and monitoring of all cash transactions and preparation and distribution of daily cash reports
Manage short-term debt portfolio and short-term investments
Issue weekly and monthly reporting requirements for debt covenants
Initiate and settle foreign exchange spot and forward contracts
Manage North American FX Back Office processing portfolio
Provide accurate month-end journal entries and month-end reporting relevant to North American cash management and global credit and derivatives positions
Resolve cash activity issues with bank and analyze bank fees and recommend cost savings
Develop short and long term cash forecasts
Prepare and issue internal and external property insurance reporting
Develop, maintain and report performance metrics for cash, credit and derivatives
Support and track corporate requests for letters of credit and guarantees
Work on special projects (i.e. ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, annual Treasury and Insurance reviews, collaboration with other departments as needed)
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics or equivalent work experience
CTP or CCM certification preferred

years related treasury or banking experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word & E-mail
Mush have strong organization, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines with attention to detail
Experience with SunGard Integrity, JDEdwards, and 360T preferred
