Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting and championing digital marketing analytic needs. The position will be responsible for all of the analytics solutions inclusive of Web Analytics, A/B and Multivariate Testing, Segmentation, Targeting and digital competitive tracking tools, etc.; and will share data with broader team to make informed marketing decisions and improve the efficacy and impact of all marketing activities. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Reporting and Analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development of metrics-driven strategies to improve performance and meet business goals.
Work with the Senior Manager of Reporting and Analytics to drive and optimize impact of all marketing activities.
Use metrics to keep the digital marketing team informed and on track, and makes recommendations to improve web usability/performance and campaign effectiveness across multiple channels. Educate the marketing team about the effectiveness of digital marking activities.
Lead and derive insights and opportunities to inform annual strategies and plans.
Responsible for managing marketing data integrity & data governance, including website tagging and tracking technologies.
Manage the monitoring of results and identify trends.
Provide real-time reporting to internal and external teams addressing the various needs of the audiences.
Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to:
Clarify business objectives;
Develop KPIs, dashboards and scorecards to track progress;
Conduct qualitative research and a/b testing as needed, Interpret data, glean insights and make fact-based recommendations for action.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
4-6 Years of web analytics experience.
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources.
Proven ability to improve performance of marketing activities through application of insights.
Experience with Omniture (Adobe Site Catalyst), Google Analytics or other web analytics tools required, certification preferred.
Experience with Adobe Test and Target, Google Website Optimizer, Liveball or other marketing (A/B and Multivariate) testing software.
Experience working with and analyzing multi-source data and using tools such as Cognos, Tableau, Klipfolio etc.
Experience with MS Access, Oracle SQL, SAS or other data analysis tools a huge plus.
Experience using and managing Adobe Test and Target, Google Website Optimizer, Liveball or other marketing testing (A/B and Multivariate) tools.
Strong understanding of how to leverage metrics and insights to inform the marketing testing and learning plans.
Strong project management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency with visualization techniques to communicate insights.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
