Responsibilities:
Work with support colleagues, globally, to investigate issues with the software components of the Enterprise Platform in client environments Use knowledge and expertise of the enterprise platform components to give thorough technical analysis and issue replication of multifaceted issues Participate in case reviews of system engineering support
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree 3
years working in systems engineering in Real Time, multithreaded systems Experience working with Real Time C/C+
programming Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, UDP, sockets and multicast protocols Strong background working with Linux. Solaris and Windows operating systems
