Currently, our client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to ensure that the organization's global standards and procedures are clearly defined and governed across all teams.
Responsibilities:
Create efficiencies to testing processes by identifying and driving the implementation of improvements Responsible for all phases and operations regarding end-to-end testing including test strategy, automation and execution Remain up-to-date with key industry trends, share those trends with team members and share with them how those changes may impact the development and delivery of products and services Maintain strong working relationships with clients, delivery groups and support teams Assist in the transition from manual to automation testing Work on testing strategy, quality control, quality techniques and cause analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree 4
years of experience working in a global environment, coordinating multiple internal and external teams Experience working with software development life cycle and testing tools and methodologies including agile and iterative Hands-on experience working with test case creation, review and execution as well as requirements creation, analysis and governance/standards Project management experience Strong understanding of worldwide financial markets
