Field Marketing Manager

Opportunity at a Glance
You will work in close alignment with Chamberlain University's healthcare business development team to enhance their partner value proposition and to develop B2B and B2C marketing plans and activation. You will create and implement campaigns to secure new partnerships, maximize the effectiveness of existing partnerships, and ensure inquiry goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
Create and execute field marketing programs in coordination with the healthcare business development team including field events and partner programs
Craft sales activation tools including sales presentations, collateral, emails, and digital sales solutions
Serve as the marketing point person for our healthcare business development team
Work with the CRM team to create personalized contact strategies and messaging for prospective partner students
Partner with customer insights team to conduct research on target audiences to better understand partner needs and drivers and to inform messaging
Collect and analyze data to uncover insights and trends that drive program improvements
Research and track competitor offerings to inform partner offerings and to maintain Chamberlain's competitive advantage
Develop relationships with healthcare business development team and maintain ongoing communications and rapport
Plan, organize and manage all North American event/tradeshow participation, including pre-and post-event marketing activities
Manage trade show budgets and deploy marketing spend efficiently
Complete other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including effective presentation and public speaking skills
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to market, sell, and communicate Chamberlain's programs to a wide audience
Ability to be effective within work groups and individually
Ability to create and implement new initiatives
Strong problem-solving skills
General PC and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically including overnight stays

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
